Dr. Karl Chang on Performing in Carnegie Hall: “Absolutely Unforgettable”

On April 16, 2017, Dr. Karl Chang of the Crystal Children’s Choir in San Francisco, California led the Crystal Children’s Choir in a performance of choral works by John Rutter, Mozart, Rollo Dilworth, Bob Chilcott, Zhang Yida, Giancarlo Aquilanti, and Donald Moore in the Isaac Stern Auditorium at Carnegie Hall in New York City. We asked Dr. Chang to share a little about his experience with MidAmerica Productions in Carnegie Hall:

I enjoyed greatly the amazing, collaborative experience at Carnegie Hall with our 200 young singers on April 16, 2017. The singers participating had a wonderful learning process together and got the chance to stand on such a world-renowned stage in order to share their choral art. It was truly an amazing, once-in-a-lifetime experience. Thank you for the professional expertise and outstanding coordination that made this concert absolutely unforgettable for everyone.
