Lorraine Helvick, Mezzo-soprano

Award-winning Mezzo-Soprano, Lorraine Helvick, has been dazzling audiences for over 10 years. Ms Helvick worked on the film “Crackers” starring Vincent D’Onofrio. She received her Masters from Westminster Choir College, where she won 2nd place in the Hilliard Rankel Vocal Competition. In 2014 she was a national semi-finalist with New York Lyric Opera. Ms Helvick has been known for her performances of Amneris (Aida), La Frugola (Il Tabarro), Flora (La Traviata), Suzuki (Madama Butterfly), and much more. She also performed as a guest soloist in Switzerland, United Kingdom, and Canada. She currently studies with the MET’s and HBO’s “Boardwalk Empire” star, Anthony Laciura.
