Nikoleta Rallis, Soprano

Hailed for her “voice of steel and dazzling prescence” (Koini Gnomi) and her “warm and beautiful voice” (Bachtrack), Nikoleta Rallis has performed on opera stages around the globe. Most recently she was seen as Violetta Valèry in Verdi’s La Traviata, Nedda in Leoncavallo’s Pagliacci, and Rosalinda in Strauss' Die Fledermaus at Brooklyn Center of the Performing Arts.   She was a Resident Artist at Dicapo Opera Theatre where she performed the roles of Musetta in La Bohème and Adina in L’elisir d’amore.   She joined Annapolis Opera in concert performing arias and duets from Bellini’s I Capuletti and i Montecchi and Donizetti’s Don Pasquale.

As a concertizer Rallis has performed around the country.  She made her Carnegie Hall debut at Stern Auditorium as the soprano soloist in John Rutter’s Requiem. She most recently presented a joint recital with piano virtuoso, Aza Sydykov, at The National Opera Center in New York.  Upcoming engagements include Sounds of Kyrgyzstan Gala Concert at Merkin Concert Hall on March 16th.  Rallis serves as the President of Wilmington Music Festival in North Carolina.
