A note from the maestro Kesling:
This coming 2023 holiday season will be the 75th consecutive year of the award-winning Sounds of the Season concert that takes place at the University of Florida and is produced for television and radio.

General Music Director Peter Tiboris has asked that I invite select choirs to join me onstage at Stern Auditorium/Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall in New York City for "A Grand & Festive International Choral Christmas Gala" on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 to perform seasonal music from my 20 years at the University of Florida.
The repertoire is highly-varied in moods from the beauty of Caccini’s Alleluia to the exuberant Gospel parody of Handel’s Hallelujah Chorus with a "Gospel band."
There is music to entertain, to be moved by, and to learn from. My University of Florida Concert Choir and my colleague, four-time Latin Grammy winner, José Ruiz, will join the musical presentation.

Post-concert celebratory cruise on the SPIRIT OF NEW YORK around the Statue of Liberty
Wednesday, December 20: Departure from NYC
